I have a Garrett 2000 and no one knows anything about them. Looks just like the 2500 though.

Very nice test, I had lost my faith in Garrett after getting the crappy 'Predator 2' as my 1st detector back in 2000, but the GTI 2500 seems like a winner to me :). I currently have the Explorer 2 from Minelab and love it.
