I love the FUNK in all its forms. Even tha Funk that was really treble influenced, just right for AM radio in the early 70s. Stuff with a lot of Fender Rhodes,Clavinets,Guitars and Hard Vocals.Even the Deep Warm Groove Bass oriented FM radio stuff like Flashlight,More Bounce, Rapper Dapper Snapper.

Incase no one else responded...Betty was written up when her CD's were re-released ah...either early this year or last year. DOesn't have a lot of dough...she got out of the biz a long time ago. Anyway, I remember an article saying she was kind of a homebody.... |
