Billy Corgan definitely isn't underrated... I think theres a fair amount of recognition that he's a great songwriter

I think Billy Corgan is one of the most underated song writers of the past 50 years. Maybe not the most talented singer but I struggle to think of many bands that have songs of the lyrical beauty of Smashing Pumpkins. |
