Yeah, there was surprising resistance to ECF. Everyone wants the convenience of electronic filing but, gee, plenty of people waited to the very last moment to get trained and qualified and grumbled all the way. Some came whining back to the clerk's office when they waited too long. So this video may be neither necessary nor sufficient, but it was painfully accurate regarding the conversion to ECF. And re the new restrictions on granite filings!
