Vegeterian Fried Egg

Ingredients:

Panir (Fresh cottage cheese) 
Cholar Dal 
(soaked overnight & drained)
Green Chilly 
Ginger paste 
Salt to taste
Corn Flour
Oil to deep fry

Method:
Grind Cholar dal, ginger, green chilly, salt in a grinder into a fine paste. 
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan. 
Cook the mixture for a while stirring well and evaporate the excess water. 
Remove and make a dough. 
Shape panir into half cut eggs. 
Scoop out the yolk portion with a knife. 
Fill the cavity with the cooked mixture and shape like yolk (of half cut egg). Refrigerate for 1 hour. 
Mix corn flour along with salt & water to make a smooth paste.
Heat the oil in a shallow vessel. 
Dust the `panir eggs' with corn flour. 
Cover with the corn flour paste evenly and deep fry until golden brown. 
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or pudina chutney.
