 Rice with Saucy Prawn
Ingredients:
Basmati Rice
Butter
Cheese (Grated)
Prawn (Shelled)
Garlic, Green chili paste
Lime juice
Tomato puree
Parsley (Chopped)
White wine

Method:
Cook rice
Marinate prawn with garlic, green chili paste, lime juice and salt for 3-4 hours
Grill the prawn in 130° Celsius till tender
Heat 1 tsp butter add tomato puree and white wine, allow to boil
Add cheese, parsley, pinch of salt & sugar and corn flour till thick
Mix butter & grated cheese in hot rice
Arrange rice in a lunch plate, put grilled prawn in the center and pour the sauce over it.
