Chingri Paturi

Ingredients:

Large jumbo prawns
Coconut (grated)
Mustard seeds
Green chillies 
Salt and sugar to taste
Mustard oil
Banana leaf to wrap prawn 




1Kg (around 4-5nos)

Method:
Grind all the spices & coconut together. Mix in the prawns and the mustard oil along with the sugar and salt. Wash & clean banana leaf. Place prawn along with some of the mixture in the banana leaf and tie the leaf tightly. Steam it in a double boiler. Serve hot with steamed rice.
