Mushroom Cream
Ingredients:
Fresh Mushroom
Baby corn
Tomato (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (Chopped)
Coriander powder
Chilly powder
Fresh cream
White oil
Salt to taste |

Method:
Heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Fry for 3 minutes.
Add chopped tomato, mushroom, baby corn, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add ½ cup water and allow to boil.
Add whipped cream and boil for 5 minutes or the gravy thickens.
Serve with hot rice.
