Method:
Boil & mash potatoes and mix well cheese, kasoori methi, salt and red
chili powder
Roast sesame seeds dry for 2-3 minutes
Mix flour with 2 tbsp oil, sesame seeds, cumin seeds and a pinch of salt. Make a soft dough with water
Divide the dough into ten equal balls and stuff each with potato filling
Roll out each ball to thick chapattis and fry on tawa in oil till golden
Serve with any sweet & sour
chatni or hot & sweet pickle.
