 Merry Mango
Ingredients:
Ripe Mango
Milk
Sugar
Solid Khoya pieces
Raisins
Roasted almond flakes
Cherry (glanced)

Method:
Boil milk & sugar to make kheer. Stir well to make it smooth. Kheer should be well condensed. Cool it & churn in a mixie
Take pulp of 2 mangoes & strain through a strainer or muslin. Mix with the kheer
Soak raisins in water for 15 minutes. Put raisins and khoya (cut in tiny cubes) in the kheer
Cut two mangoes into small pieces
Put one tbsp of mango pieces in separate small glass bowls
Pour kheer in each bowl and garnish with roasted almonds & glanced cherries (chopped)
Put in freezer & allow to set
Serve chilled.
