Ingredients:
Vanilla Ice-cream
Curd
Icing sugar
Fresh Grapes
Orange
Apple (Red big)
Glazed cherry

Method:
Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 3 hrs.
Beat the cream with 1 tbsp of sugar.
Cut fruits in cubes.
Mix curd with ice-cream and sugar.
Add fruits and decorate with glazed cherry and cream.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Serve chilled.
