Magic Puri


Ingredients:

Flour 
Masala Papad 
Coriander leaves 
(Finely chopped)
Desi Ghee 
salt to taste

Method:
Mix salt with flour. Mix 2 tsp ghee with the flour properly. 
Add water to make soft dough.
Make ten equal balls.
Cover with damp cloth for 30 mins.
Roast papad without oil. Crush finely.
Flatten each ball on plam, make a depression with thumb at the center.
Put ground papad and coriander leaves in the depression. Close it.
Again flatten balls with palm and roll it on a roller pin.
Fry in ghee on a tawa.
Serve hot with any pickle.
