Method:
Beat the mutton pieces with a heavy pestle or wooden hammer and then marinate in lemon juice for 2 hours
Chop pne onion and make a fine paste with the other onion
Take out the mutton from lemon juice & keep aside
Heat ghee, put bay leaves, crushed cloves, whole peppercorns, cinnamon & coriander seeds to splutter
Fry chopped onions till brown
Add onion paste & garlic paste, fry for 5 minutes
Add ginger & fry for 2 minutes
Add red chillies (deseeded), mutton, green chilli paste & salt
Fry till the liquid evaporates and mutton become brown
Add 3 cups of hot water & pressure cook till tender
Open the pressure cooker and stir (if there is any extra gravy) fry to make the mutton dry
Serve hot with roti.
