Method:
Boil keema and dry up water by stirring
Fry onion, ginger, garlic till brown, then add keema & salt, fry for 5 minutes
Add cashew and raisin fry for 2 minutes
Blend the keema mixture in a mixie
Add garam masala, sha-jeera and kewra water in the mixture
Knead maida and keema in equal balls
Divide the maida, place one keema ball in it and close
Flatten the maida, place one keema ball in it and close
Roll out like a paratha
Fry with oil or ghee on tawa
Serve with mutton, chicken or anything else.
