Ingredients:
Vetki (Good pieces)
Onion & Garlic juice
White vinegar
Biscuit crumb
Black pepper
Jaiphal (Nutmeg)
Butter
Salt to taste |

1 powdered
2 tbsp

Method:
Clean and wash fish.
Marinate fish with onion garlic juice, vinegar and salt.
Take a pan, put fish with marinate juice.
Add pepper, jaiphal and butter.
Allow to boil.
Turn fishes once.
Sprinkle bread crumbs slowly till the gravy thickens.
Serve hot with rice.
