 Fish Chaat
Ingredients:
Boneless Fish cube
Curd
Garlic paste
Coriander & Mint leaves
Green Chili paste
Roasted gram flour
Butter
Chat masala
Lemon juice
 
200 gm

1 bunch each
1 tsp
1 tbsp
4 tbsp
4 tbsp
1 tsp

 

Method:
Grind coriander & mint leaves to a fine paste
Marinate fish cubes in curd, garlic paste, green chilli paste, coriander leaves & mint paste, a big pinch of salt & roasted gram flour for 3 hours
Mix melted butter with fish & bake in a pre-heated oven at 120 deg Celcius for 30-35 minutes
Sprinkle chat masala, a pinch of rock salt & lemon juice on fishes.
Serve hot
