Ingredients:
Mutton
Big elachi (powdered)
Palak (finely chopped)
Tomato (chopped)
Dhania paste
Jeera paste
Black pepper
Ghee
Salt to taste
Turmeric a pinch

Method: Heat ghee in a cooker. sauté mutton pieces.
Add all the rest of the ingredients except elaichi and black
pepper.
Fry till the spices mix well with the
mutton.
Add water. Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from fire. Add black pepper and elaichi
powder.
Serve hot with nan and salad.
