 Egg Puff Curry
Ingredients:
Eggs
Potato
Onion garlic paste
Ginger chili paste
Onion
Tomato
Turmeric
Red chili powder
Garam masala

Method:
Break the eggs in a bowl
Add boiled & mashed potato, 1 tsp onion garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger chilli paste, 1/2 tsp garam masala & salt
Grease container & pour the egg mixture, cover tightly with lid & boil it in a double boiler for 30 minutes
Take out the container & cut the solid egg into pieces
Fry the pieces in hot oil
Heat oil again, add sliced onion, rest of the masala, tomato & turmeric, fry for 10-15 minutes
Add hot water & fried egg pieces, allow to boil for 5 minutes, sprinkle garam masala
Remove from heat
Serve with rice
