Method:
Mix garlic, chilli, lime juice, curd, coriander powder, channadal powder & shajeera
Marinate the chicken atleast for 3 hours
Stuck the chicken piees at least 6 in a skewer
Grease the chicken with ghee/butter
Roast it it in a oven at 220 deg celcius for 15 mins
Mix egg white, cornflour, flour, parsley & salt
Dip the chicken into the mix & deep fry it
Serve hot with onion ring
