My interpretation: The doll represents teen girls these days. They strive to look best by what is presented by the media and will devour and encouraging look. They try so hard to be what they see that they hurt themselves on the inside. While their outside is being refurnished and "improved" they are hurting their inner "gears" eventually destroying ones own self.

wowat first i almost felt scared because of how the letters of doll face came in. but then i really do understand what it means. women are never satisfied with how they look and they go for everything. shame on them. nice video. it's aweeeeeessssoooooooommmmee!
