I felt the same way when i saw her a tribalfest. It drove me crazy...not the shoulders part, i didnt notice that. But i did feel like it hid her arms too much.

I want to love this one, because she's got some great hip-action going on, but that godawful shirt hides too much of her serpentine arm movement and pads her shoulders out terribly.
