I agree. There was a time when guys having long hair was rebellious to the cultural norm in western society. However, within heavy metal it has come to be expected and in some ways is a norm in itself. I say just do what you want regardless of what is expected. I think that's what metal and rock 'n roll in general was supposed to be about. It's a shame that rebellion is now a widely embraced and, ironically, conformist idea. i saw these guys live at the last death metalfest held in brooklyn md at the thunder dome. they kicked fuckin ass! this video isn't a good sonic reproduction of what they sound like live. heavy grooves plus the guy can screech and growl with the best of em. he was prompting the crowd half in english and half in japanese.
