SUPD mock career progress interview 1
The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs announced release of a career progress document that will form the basis of the worksheet for this workshop. In this interactive session, participants were asked to reflect on their successes and to think about and discuss their goals for the next year. Participants were guided through planning for the next 5 years, and asked to identify steps that are necessary to make these goals possible. This video shows a sample career progress plan interview between a fictional postdoc and her PI.
