Burdwan, 25 Dec. 03 : The first ever IT & Electronics fair to be held at Burdwan from 28.12.03 to 01.01.04. The fair first ever of its kind is organised by Computer Association of Burdwan. The fair will be inaugurated by Shri Nirupam Sen, MIC, Commerce & Industry, Govt. of West Bengal at 5 pm on 28.12.03 and to be attended by eminent academicians, industry personnel and district administrative officials as told by the association official at a press conference this evening.

"We are organising this fair to enhance the knowledge of the future technology among the common users. We also have plans to setup & run a library dedicated to the Information Technology to help mainly the students of the city. We also will organise seminars and workshops on a regular basis and expect to open new horizon among the users by providing a platform to exchange view with the industry giants." claimed by the association spokesperson.
