The Film Festival 2004 was inaugurated today evening at the Sanaskriti Lokmancha. The festival was inaugurated by noted film director, Tarun Majumder. Uday Sarkar, Sabhadhipati Burdwan Zilla Parishad, Suren Mondal, Chairman, Burdwan Municipality were present at the occasion. Majumder was honoured by the organisers by allotting a lifetime membership of the Burdwan Chalachitra Charcha Kendra.
