18 Mar. 04: An answer sheet of the physical science subject of this years High Madrasa Examination conducted by the West Bengal Madrasa Board was found missing during final counting at the Burdwan center. The students are in a dilemma due to such an incident at their first ever board examinations.
A total of 30 students are appearing for the exam from the Burdwan center at the local High Madrsa. The invigilator of the center, Sirajul Islam has collected all answer sheets from the students at the end of the day’s exam. At the time of final counting, one answer-sheet was found missing. On cross verification, the answer-sheet of Sk. Rejawul Haque (Roll No. 2811) was found missing.

A missing dairy was lodged at the Sadar P.S. today by the invigilator. The complaint was co-signed by ten more officials including the Center Superintendent, Abdul Samad
Mondal. Police officials confirmed, "a missing diary has been lodged regarding this incident. However, no specific complaints have been made on any individual. We are enquiring on the matter & cannot comment anymore on
this".
"As soon as I was informed about the incident, I suggested the authorities to lodge a complaint with the police. We have asked for a detailed report regarding this from the authority. The West Bengal Madrasa Board has been informed about this
already" said Sivaji Porel, the District Inspector of School (Secondary). The concerned invigilator was not available for comments.
