The higher secondary examinations conducted by the state
council of Higher Secondary Education has started from
today. 37,741 students of Burdwan district has appeared
for the two papers of their `First Language' at the
first day of the exams. In addition to these, 168
external candidates & 62 vocational students are
appearing at the exam this year.
28 handicapped students are appearing for the exam. Out
of them, 18, including 16 blind students are sitting for
the exams with the help
