The magic of Raju Das,
a local artist continues. His work of newspaper not
only was acclaimed all over last year, but also brought five
awards to this Durgapuja. This year the mandap is
made of jute sheets & saw dust depicting a
temple of Kathmandu, Nepal. The interiors is
decorated with murals depicting the life of Lord
Krishna. A superb piece of art made of sawdust.
The residents of over 1200 quarters of this loco
producing township contribute to fund this
Durgapuja. A sure crowd puller & worth to visit
puja.
