Sabuj Sangha of Burdwan is quite popular among the crowd with its tradition of producing big budget Durga pujas. Its competition with Laltu Smriti Sangha have turned out a boon for the people of Burdwan for experiencing two of the biggest Durga puja with a mere 500 meter distance.

This year the mandap is made up with ply wood & plaster of paris. The mandap is inspired by a museum of Rome. The exterior have been nicely painted to give the pink marble look. The interior is made up with motifs & statues of plaster of paris. The debi is seen here on a boat to resemble her arriving on boat.
